The benefit for the users are that eBay cna be used all over the world so people cna buy things that could be on the other side of the world to them.Content - eBay in 1999 has noticeable differences in how it looks. It is a lot less sleek, and there are a lot less hyperlinks and more buttons and tabs on the more modern website. There are also more images on the modern website. on 1999 website there is also the option to 'Get News'. This option is not there on the modern website.
